Self-Care
As the middle of your first semester of college approaches, the stress of academic work and being away from home may also be increasing. Be sure to take time this month to practice self-care as the semester ramps up.
Self-care looks very different for everyone: maybe it’s cooking a meal, journaling, going for a long walk around campus, calling a friend or family member, or even curling up to binge your favorite show. Whatever it looks like for you, be sure to take a little time for yourself this month to recharge and rejuvenate.
