Wellness Wheel

A “wellness wheel” has eight sections representing one’s life. Rank your level of satisfaction with each area: a ranking of 1 means you are struggling and feel unfulfilled in that area, whereas 5 means you are very satisfied with that area and do not think it needs much improvement. Color the number of spaces on the wheel that match your ranking, starting from the inside and working out. Once you are done, reflect on which areas you need improvement on and which ones you feel satisfied with. What next steps can you take to celebrate your areas of success and strengthen your areas of need?

Self Assessment Wellness Wheel with options ranging from social to physical well being.
