47 Mentorability
Finding a mentor can be extremely beneficial to you not only for your academics but your mental health as well. It’s important to find someone who can help pick you up when you’re feeling overwhelmed and give you a push of encouragement to finish strong. While finding a mentor is important, making sure you are mentorable is even more important. Be vulnerable and honest with your mentor about where you are academically and mentally.
Always respect and value your mentor’s time and be open to advice and constructive feedback.
